His expertise in security, processes, and operations has made him a specialist in applying technology with business applications in order to increase productivity and reduce costs for DFW businesses.

Working at an MSP for over 10 years has given him vast knowledge and experience that he is able to draw from from when determining which solutions are best suited to our customer's unique needs.

Mitch has a core focus of delivering supportable solutions for small to medium businesses. 'Supportable solutions' have the innate characteristic of being long-term in nature.

These type of solutions also provide Information Technology security capabilities to support the business and increase ways to access information.

Mitch served almost ten years active duty in the United States Army as an Electronic Technician Maintenance Supervisor and as an Information System Security Officer / Information Management Officer.

He was stationed in multiple locations across America and Europe and established and maintained networks in Europe, including combat operations.

Mitch received numerous awards and decorations during his term in service.
